Wonder how do they Hate Jobs!

Because God was coming in 1950s, after humans had crossed the oceans of Industrial Revolution, He couldn’t come with Krishna’s Sudarshan Chakra. Neither could he come with a Cross. The decade of 1950 that was beyond The War. The Steve who had Jobs in his name he incarnated with a Knowledge Box.

-Start Up Kumar

In life I’ve only one ambition. To sell once like Steve Jobs. I don’t know how the world hates The Steve who had Jobs in his name. It was only the structure of his name that I found out that may be that’s what Gods would be. Entrepreneurs.

God would always be an Entrepreneur. Right?

God has to be an entrepreneur. The best of them you documented in stories as Gods. That’s how humanity happened. That’s how happened the Human Evolution.

Or alternatively,  think and ask yourself. Did come the Early Man first or God? Or may someone tell me- How many years Before Christ came the Early Man Before Christ. Why didn’t Jesus come to rescue Early Man? Why Krishna despite being the oldest of Gods didn’t come during the times of Early Man? No God came ever to rescue the most vulnerable variant of man, why ? They all came into reckoning only after humans graduated to certain degree into civilisation.

Was it that Krishna didn’t come in the Era of Early Man because Early man was too early to write? And so followed the Jesus or Prophet or rest of the deities ? And beyond that if you look minutely into timelines and Gods, you’d  find that Gods and dieties have always been coming up intermittently with degrees in Human Evolution.

Every single time after the humans evolved to some state. On occasions the humans went terribly wrong. Came in different different incarnations in different different times to solve different problems. Or those who bailed humanity out were the Gods.

Care to note even closer. Every and any entity the humans recognised or tagged as – God- out of whichever reasons- affections or abilities- they all have had a similar midas touch on Humans. Say the Aussie cricketer Mathew Hayden spotted a God in Sachin Tendulkar in 2001. And there’s no other parallel for precise picking and defining as this  one in entire human history. Sachin Tendulkar was The God who made Indians need Electricity for the first time in 2000 years well after christ. Indians never needed Electricity until then out of voluntary wish. That electricity is a need and that without it life is short of lots of things, it needed them a God. And that was Sachin Tendulkar.

And you’ll agree that Gods like these who change lives and lifestyles kept up coming day after day. Whichever legend the most vastly written came to be the bigger incarnation.

You might also tend to agree that The Gods posted by respective religions quoted in religious texts might have been the ones who came before the age of Newspapers and Journalism. It must have been only after the birth of Journalism that frequent spotting of Gods or value of reckoning someone as God went down because everybody could write.

Only selected few & marketed few retained the God Status. Else Gods come in incarnations every now and then. You’d agree.

Now take a deeper a look with respect to effect of Gods on humanity. You’ll find they were not Gods. They were all Entrepreneurs actually. Watch closely in slow motion, you’ll find that they were Master Managers of Livelihoods. Humans who manufactured professions, The Super Gods who created realties where humans could find engagements and thus livelihoods.

And technically, that is also the exact thing what separates you from animals. No goat or whale ever had a religion nor needed the awareness of existence of Gods. They never had religions. Like humans and all other animals, they did have different species. Like humans, they all reproduced, all ruled by same rule of genetics, all variance and diseases by the rules of DNA codes, but none ever needed the knowledge of conflicts of God.  Because unlike humans, they didn’t have any profession. (No occupation until a few that humans domesticated). Until domesticated, each have one livelihood- to reach the food, serve the defined biological span, and guard the Earth till they breathe. Negligible politics, greed just until hunger, compassion and friendliness beyond. No need of a God, and not at all of a subscription to identify with.

For every invention, Necessity was the Mother.

You needed Jesus Krishna Ram Rahim for your fancies but the Goat knew all his purpose was to guard the earth till the biological span permits. You were humans you could talk you had agendas to conspire and hence the need to have your own cartels. So you needed separate Gods. But the animals didn’t. They didn’t have professional occupations.

The whole Earth is an evidence to testimony that Gods are prayed to only in communities where exists this man made commodity- Money- the device of Professions.

The Buffer must have been the Early Man. And the first God must have been born the moment the first human would have turned Professional. The first man to get specialised and settle to one activity for a living. He would have been the first God or the first deity in Human History.

Analyse that God with an Electron Microscope. You’ll find those people were Entrepreneurs actually. Notice the validation in the existence of God, which will throw in nature and frequency of incarnations of God. Or the probe who are they who are Gods.

Quite surprisingly to assure conformance you’ll find one uniform coincidence in case of each God. Kaali, Krishna, Jesus, Prophet, Guru Nanak or Steve Jobs, just any. Each of them had even their names placed perfect. Godly perfect. A name suggestive of a character. Every God was a Hero- even by their names. Godliness begun every time even at names in each case. Every name sounded for a Superstar. You’d be puzzled, was it the Chicken or the Egg first. Was he the God or the Human first? Was the birth first or the name first? Early Man or the God first? The God or the Human first? The Human or the Entrepreneur? The God or the Incarnation? Incarnation came the first or The God first? The Chicken or the Egg first?

Perhaps the most perfect Legend they came up with, they called them Gods. The most extensively written about went on to become the Peakest of God. May this could also be the reason, why these people in India have had over sixty thousand Gods and dieties, practically for every function including sex. By the time the rest of the world couldn’t count, they could write legends.

And then technically when you analyse humans through the prism of Evolution, invariably all the Gods came amongst humanity as incarnations. Son of God, Daughter of God, Father of God in some case, all in disguise. Though, notably they all mistreated every one they called God, whether be it Jesus subjected to crucification or Rama for mistrust over wife and property, or Muhammad Ali or Steve Jobs or whoever. But all these humans in disguise, these incarnations, they all gave the humans engagement platforms or ways to pass time on Earth. They were Gods of Livelihoods the Gods- the Entrepreneurs. (You only forgot to spot after birth of Journalism. They existed perpetually)

And was he the Steve who had Jobs in his name. He who placed the Humans on a realty called Computers. A personal knowledge box for individual craniums.

By the 1970s when the humans had earned uncontrollable expertise and dealings with materials and minerals they had little to process information. Post the world war, into the age of suspicion and cold war, amidst thousand kinds of races and also on route to course correction for many, in order to leap into days of prosperity from the impoverished days of war, the humans were quite in a fix.

Decision making powers, twisting industries, communications, interactions, or active part in human authority was always in the hands of the world’s whos whos.

And here was the Steve who had Jobs in his name. The man who knew not much of technicalities but only the humans and transactions. The kinds of humans that existed in the zoo of earth and the transactions they entered into.

And so do you find in each of his creation. Take Personal Computers– the device to distribute and transmit expertise of individual brains. To marry all languages and signs and symbols of the world into one wonder box. To make it accessible to all.  Pixar– The animation house for neutral demonstration of content beyond humans, a tool to infuse life into surroundings of humans which humans don’t treat as living life. I-pod- a music pot which not only stores music but also which aligned whole music industry to eradicate the menace of piracy. You won’t disagree the music clouds of today are a manifestation of the same mother approach of cloud computing. It wasn’t a pod but a last mile device of cloud computing. Take i-phone, the magic you’ll find not in the phone but the app-store wherein every industry, every professional, every user could find easy access to utility he needs. The app-store sums up for a point where professions meet. That won’t be an exaggeration.

The guy converged humans on one realty for bread and butter. Aligning professions and jobs on one device. Made each of the industry he leaped into more sport, more accessible, democratic by taking onto unsport incumbent ways of the world. Never would have been the computers this personal as they are today, had it not been apple. Actually, it had never been had it not been the Steve who had Jobs in his name.

We all know he was a hippy inspired by Edison. Which stood for a purpose in life.

As an animal your purpose is to serve your biological span. The better you can do, the better you can guard the earth for the new future. That is why every animal loves its offsprings. But humans trade amongst each other. And because they trade, they grade between them as to with whom to trade more. Came in a Bargaining Gradient, summing up for broadly two kinds of humans as a result. Poor Humans – as good as unfit, Rich Humans- as good as Fit and desirable.

Discovering this, Edison defined the purpose of being a human is to build utilities for other human hand. That you’d be fit to survive only if your hands manufacture utilities for other human hands. As long as you do that you’ll have your use amongst the surrounding humans. To do better, you know all those disasters that happen with humans. As you know the disasters you’ll invent a solution. And Edisonism happened. The “Bulb” the peakest of the solution to disasters that happen in the dark.

As Edison your purpose is to manufacture utilities useful and productive to other human. The Personal Computer the most significant milestone after wheel. To lead the direction that manufactures professions and livelihoods of humans around. You build and maintain eco-systems. As reflected in the trajectory of Apple with Steve around.

This is why they hate the Steve Who Had Jobs in his name!

Because they don’t know who is a God. And who is an Entrepreneur. And what role does an Entrepreneur play. They hate because they’re not amongst the commoners. Because they don’t deal with trivia of commoners. Because they need to stand at poles where stakes converge.

The world doesn’t understand this. I don’t know why.

Then in the world then happened some illiterate humans, those specially abled varieties, those who see through ears and speak by eyes. Like some of those samples bred over the India’s Education Stables. They bump into you wasting time in arguments. And conflicts.

Every Success in the Internet of Things is a Win of the Good over Evil.

Why So High Bitcoins ??

“In the long-term Bitcoin moves above $500,000 within three years. Bets?” – John McAfee (Founder of the software and anti-virus company McAfee Associates).

In 2009 when Satoshi Nakamoto invented the bitcoin nobody thought it could transform the world of digital payments. Bitcoins are a form of digital currency that can be used to make payments without any barriers of bank charges and government intervention. They run on Blockchains.  Blockchains are decentralized ledgers that are run by “Miners” who are able to crunch transactions. These miners are rewarded by Bitcoins. Bitcoins can be used by anyone who is looking for digitally secured anonymous transactions. From a mere $0.08 in 2010, the value of bitcoins increased to $4000 in 2017. Experts and wall street strategists believe that it will rise to another $20,000 to $55,000 by 2022.  We all have several unanswered questions about this emerging giant in the field of digitization. Here we will try to answer two of the most important questions that all our readers have in mind, namely

What caused the value of Bitcoins to increase by 600 % by 2017?

What does the future hold for bitcoins?

The cryptocurrency that went up by only 40 % by 2015 is definitely very volatile but there are a number of reasons why bitcoins are the “digital gold” and why more than 16.5 million bitcoins are in circulation as of today. We will have a look at some of these reasons: –

1)    Safe against the currency risks- Bitcoins can be a blessing for people living in countries with high inflation or countries with risk of currency devaluation. Digital currency is a safe bet and this is one of the main reasons why bitcoins have managed to gain popularity in a country like China where 90% of the Bitcoin trading occurs because it was recently facing devaluation and hence people resorted to Bitcoins.

2)    Free from Bank rules – In many authoritarian countries, people are using digital currencies like Bitcoins to escape from government rules of capital control. Also in countries like Greece, it is now proven that keeping money in the bank is not a good idea as banks can come up with new restriction and rules every time the economy of the country suffers. So, the investors started to look for something out of the reach of banks and here Bitcoins came to rescue.

3)    Multipurpose – From settling insurance claims to crowdfunding, bitcoins, and blockchains can do it all. They have a wide range of applications. Each application will require only a transaction fee which will add on to the value of bitcoins. Some of the areas where bitcoins are being used are digital trading of securities, for buying properties, settlement and even in auditing and document stamping.

4)    Scarce Resource – It is a scarce resource as there is a maximum limit on the number of coins that can ever be created and circulated. The market will soon realize that there will be a shortage of Bitcoins and just like gold bitcoins will gain its value from its dearth.

5)    Quick Accessibility and Open for all- Investing in bitcoins does not require any long-term plan and you can use it whenever you need it. You can use it to buy pizza or invest in a property of your choice. Also, it is an open source cryptocurrency with no restrictions on the user.

6)    Recent Events – Japan’s legislation accepting bitcoins as a commodity, New financial products like “interest-bearing bitcoin account”, development of new bitcoin products and investor’s confidence in blockchain and bitcoins are all adding to the ever-increasing values of Bitcoins.

7)    Lack of real competition – Even though there are other options available for cryptocurrency but none of them are as popular or as secure as Bitcoins. Initial Coin offerings might seem like a novel idea but they are still in development phase and the remaining directly trading cryptocurrencies available need centralized exchange and so they are not as popular.

8)    Arbitrage – The unpredictable nature of Bitcoins that could have been a problem in its adoption is also taken care of now. With the rise of currencies future market like ICBIT.com the stability of bitcoins is bolstered because these man-made tools and purchasing power parity techniques will help them achieve arbitrage. They will strengthen the beliefs of customers in the bright future of bitcoins.

9)    Ethical – There have been rumors like bitcoins and digital currencies are used by criminals to get away with their crimes but that is not the case. Investing in bitcoins is a way to support fairer monetary system which is free from the control of the global banking organizations. These digital currencies seem like a solution to all the economic crisis usually created by the banking sector. Bitcoins seem like the only possible answer of “One World One Currency” dream that the entire world has seen.

For several reasons Bitcoins have enjoyed its superiority and popularity in the world of digital currency. From the excitement it brings among the investors to the media coverage it gets, all have contributed a lot in making Bitcoins what it is today.  2017 was the year when digital gold officially surpassed the value of real gold. The rate at which Bitcoin’s value is increasing can be understood from the fact that a £2,000 investment on Bitcoins 5 years ago would have made you a millionaire today. Humans despise change but this is one technological change that can cause a paradigm shift in the science of currency and monetary policies, and humans are loving this change. Almost every corporate leader has appreciated and recognized the power of Bitcoins.  Eric Schmidt, Executive Chairman of Google is of the view that “[Bitcoin] is a remarkable cryptographic achievement… The ability to create something which is not duplicable in the digital world has enormous value…Lots of people will build businesses on top of that.”

With the increasing adoption of technology and the loss of faith in the conventional currency, we can only hope to see Bitcoin transform from gold to diamond of the digital world.

Mallya : The Conjuring Brewster

The CBI and the Enforcement Directorate will require a watertight case to demonstrate their current claim that previous alcohol aristocrat Vijay Mallya’s organizations diverted a huge piece of the ₹6,000 crore he got from loan specialists for his Kingfisher Airlines. Else, any shot of removal will go up in smoke., there were reports that both the organizations are setting up a charge sheet asserting Mallya and his organizations washed a noteworthy piece of the ₹6,000-crore bank credits taken for Kingfisher Airlines. The cash clearly was redirected to a few shell organizations in seven nations, including the US, the UK, France and Ireland.

The offices ought to have the capacity to demonstrate finances in a specific ledger abroad, that the cash was really occupied to that financial balance from a bank here, and that assets proposed for the aircraft were really redirected for different purposes, he included.

This will include a great deal of work, documentation which should bring about watertight confirmation. “At exactly that point an illegal tax avoidance case can be set up, which will be a genuine offense both for neighbourhood laws and with the end goal of removal,” he said.

A previous best authority in the UB Group said the CBI and the ED have left the correct sum washed rather dubious.

“They have said it was the greater part of the sum and not the whole sum. This can be deciphered in a few ways,” he called attention to. He additionally said there is plausibility that a huge piece of the measure of a solitary seller could have been washed.

Usual way of doing things

On the off chance that for sure a lot of the advance was redirected, at that point how were the operations of Kingfisher Airlines completed? As indicated by sources, the cash originated from alcohol merchants, United Spirits Ltd (USL) and other gathering organizations.

“This was utilized to run the day by day operations of the carrier with the guarantee that it will be returned once the bank credit was discharged. Be that as it may, once the advances were dispensed, the cash were stayed away forever.

As indicated by reports, scientific reviews completed by PwC and later by EY demonstrated installments made to Kingfisher Airlines by USL. These advances were later regularized.

The previous UB Group official likewise said that as Kingfisher Airlines ran its operations for the most part on rented flying machine, an abroad substance (seller) would be made, which would thus make imaginary solicitations with expanded bills and the cash would be exchanged to it through legitimate means.

Whatever the cash the carrier owed to the renting organization would be dispensed and the rest stopped with the substance.

For instance, if the rent rental was ₹100, the seller would be exchanged ₹100 in addition to X. A measure of ₹100 would be given to the renting organization while the rest would stay with the merchant.

“It might look as though the whole exchange did was lawful as it was done through legitimate managing an account channels. What the seller did subsequent to getting the assets was unlawful. They were heaping up solicitations and making go-between which have nothing to do with the renting of flying machine,” he clarified.

He likewise said it was false that a portion of the organizations named in a specific report were shell organizations implied just to launder. For instance, H Parsons was about exceptionally old and was an appropriation organization based out of Mumbai. It was obtained by Mallya and his partners later. Another organization, Watson, was not a shell organization either. It has been in presence for quite a long while now.

Level of verification

Vaidyanathan said the tax evasion charges have just been leveled against Mallya however the reason for activity is new a direct result of new “confirmation” as asserted by the CBI and the ED. “The level of evidence that the court expects is significantly higher. Today, the UK court needs to know whether Mallya has conferred an office in India and subsequently should be attempted in India. In this way, he would be removed to India to confront trial,” he said.

Subsequently, it is all the more essential for the offices to see that the confirmation is strong and they have clear narrative proof to help preoccupation of assets, Vaidyanathan included.

India’s women only banks proposed – Do we really need one?

I was eagerly waiting for this year’s union budget after dismal performance of UPA 2 all encapsulated with scams and scandals. But “women centric” budget is like thinking out of the box and it completely took me with surprise. Will it be the last dice thrown by FM before the next year general elections or will it be going to generate more women entrepreneurs in future? Let us analyze it in detail.

There are positives as well as negatives by opening a women-oriented public sector bank (PSB) with an initial capital infusion of Rs 1,000 crore. How much such a move will create an impact but terms like “women empowerment” and “financial inclusion” will surely get a boost.

Women customers will certainly feel comfortable on being serviced by women bankers. Penetration of such banks in rural areas will encourage more of women participation and SHGs in availing microfinance. There will be a sense of freedom among the women in starting their own ventures. But the question arises here are hard to deal with like “Will this bank for women serve the entire country? If yes, how long will it take to roll out across the length and breadth of India? Will it go to the hinterlands, where bulk of our disempowered and un-creditworthy women live? What is that “extra” which will make it work even when nationalized banks and micro-credit institutions are struggling to “include” people at scale in rural areas?

In the era of online and mobile banking, people hardly bother to visit banks. So opening up women banks will require a huge investment and infrastructure to be built. Such banks will be more profitable and will be able to generate more business in rural areas. Many microfinance institutions have opposed this move but I think it’s a positive move for poor women sections of society who borrow money from private money lenders to run their business. Competition will definitely get stiffer but opportunities do emerge from it.

Addressing the gender related aspects of empowerment; it will certainly fulfill a social goal. A women run banks are likely to attract women clients, promoting inclusive financing and other women livelihood schemes.

But did we need to start something new like this in a country where there are 21 nationalized banks, 21 private sector banks, 42 foreign banks and numerous cooperative and local banks, payments banks. Such moves create a serious doubt on our own available resources. A similar banking model was started in Pakistan 28 years back in the name of “First Women Bank” but didn’t go a long way. It has currently only 42 branches all over across 24 cities and the work culture is corporatish.

Let us witness the success story of India Post who through its infrastructure and network has implemented plan into action. It has more than 1.54 lakhs post office branches out of which 90% are in rural areas. Each post office has been providing banking services for decades to people like Post Office Savings Bank.

People who grew up in rural areas without banks, or in places where petty bankers were too strict to entertain the illiterate villagers, know where to go for the safe-keep of their precious money: that little window at their neighborhood post office. It’s not a long trek to the post office. There is a post office for every 7176 people in the country. In rural areas, the coverage is even better – one for every 5682 people. When the UPA government was struggling to find a way to transfer the wages for NREGA beneficiaries, it was this network that came to its rescue. About 2.2 crore people get their NREGA payments through the post offices.

People in rural and semi-urban areas who are familiar with the post office savings banks also know that it is the most women-friendly and inclusive banking system where agents even come home to take your money, update your passbooks and even return the money on maturation.

In rural areas, there are about 2.69 lakh agents who come home to help people, mostly women, with banking. Almost all these agents are also people from the neighborhood and are familiar with the beneficiaries. It is a unique banking eco-system that only Indian Post can claim credit for. It is a model that has evolved over time and is very hard to replicate because it is driven by the sheer needs of people, and nourished by trust and relationships. It will be difficult to establish another system like India Post with such network and coverage anywhere in the world. Currently post offices provide only savings facilities. It has decided to set up Post Bank of India and is all ready to apply for banking license by July under new RBI guidelines to operate as complete banking system.

Chidambaram would have been more prudent in utilizing this network to provide financial services to women at minimal cost. It will take around decades to establish numerous women banks all over India. Will it employ women agents to provide door to door service to women? What kind of banking guidelines will it follow?

There are many questions which have been left unanswered. Last time they lured farmers by announcing a relief package for farmers which included the complete waiver of loans given to small and marginal farmers. Called the Agricultural Debt Waiver and Debt Relief Scheme, the 600 billion rupee package included the total value of the loans to be waived for 30 million small and marginal farmers (estimated at 500 billion rupees) and a One Time Settlement scheme (OTS) for another 10 million farmers (estimated at 100 billion rupees). This time its women who will fell prey into UPA hands.

Sheryl Sandberg has recently come up with a statement that women should learn more from men in the corporate community. This sums up as a whole that just building a women centric bank or office is not helping to evolve gender bias and this will broaden more gaps and build bridges in gender perse evolution. I have a deep regard for poor women and I truly believe in saying that “They are Bankable”.

Tell Rahul Gandhi Anything Unorganised is Crime

Our Gandhi scion is back with a scathing series. “Demonetisation killed all unorganised businesses”, said the Bhai Saab as he rekindled the flame, who has been running Gareebon ki Government, the Government of India since 1965 after Shastri. And as we know all, it has already rebooted thrice in 70 years. Like in chess, a game gets over the momemt Queen gets killed, beginning from Daddy Gandhi at the inception to Princess Gandhi mid-way to Grand Prince Gandhi on the fag end who were also formally, on the designation Queen for the institution. And as a result Gandhi from the state being more than father with a share of more than 100% in Government of India, through 2/3 rds the GoI, today sits reduced to 1/545 the GOI. Hence has a blame game begun between the sides. Last major furore over the last big move of Demonetisation. And in trial are the Businesses Unorganised.

This is to judge what’s correct. How Unorganised are Businesses? To find what’s the correct stand. All with reason. While its true that the sectors pointed to are dying, but why? We’ll see what’s killing. And we the team of The Sane Observer, led by Start Up Kumar, represent the sector Businesses, not very organised at the moment and at distance closer to death than life. We’ll analyse death with depth with respect to processes. We’ll talk Indian Evolution vs Human Evolution, and thereby getting into the skin of Businesses. And for with businesses come always Governance, will come Governance.

We’d be going around via route technical and methodical, testing different hypothesis to reach conclusions, like those MBAs do. They look into things through a special prism called PESTLE, to give verdicts which is done by screwing  arguments through a maze of walls as Political, Economic, Social, Technological, Legal/logical and Environmental. Which also generally provides with right conclusions if done properly. We’ll be doing something similar. As we rotate the prism, it will throw up a kaleidoscopic burst of scenes in motion to guide us to conclusion. And apart from all that it is, it is also a story of Evolution. So, count not the words. This is one Story of Evolution beyond Darwin.

Let’s begin with a look on Government of India: the Entity.

It was brought into introduction in 1935, by Government of India act as the Political/International/Regulatory owner of the peninsula of the South of Himalayas, the world’s densest Monetary Corridoor.  The territory had the importance as the crucial most light house to the world’s sensitive most Maritime Lane, in essence, say for the triangle of Bangkok, Dubai and Somalia, the world needs to have a Chennai to hold in secure always. Else the world would go Chinese vs Non-Chinese, only to end into Communism vs Capitalism. Between the South China Sea and the Pacific through the Hambantotas of the world, India works up as The Buffer House or The House of Reconciliation. Government of India holds for the formal accountable authority of that, under the new structure of the world, in the age of VISA-passport, WTO and all.

And hang on, this is not a new arrangement. Or to put the other way,  now you should know the reason why Indians have always been wise. Why the Tamilian Brahmins have been the geekiest or why the Meenakshi temple is at Madurai, a little far from Chennai or why so many massive temples in South India. And, of the productivity and profits, and stakes of the arrangemensts, it used to be reflected best as late as until the British colonisation, when  it used to sum up for one third the Global Trade Volume.

Prior to British advent the territory all it was, was it, Every time a Subcontinent, known by rivers and features. Borderless, Seamless, license-raj free, Visa free until 300 years at least prior to the existence of United Nations or the World Trade Organisation or even the tiny breaking European Union. The land and inhabitants knew that Borders are all but devices of making goods and services expensive. The trades and businesses were so engineered to provide the cheapest last mile delivery of Goods and Services, so as to draw maximum efficiency per unit currency, per transaction. Mastered to the extent to have it as specialised as customs and castes.  After developing the first lantern, had they not stopped, going by customs’ pace with evolution, The World’s largest Deep Cleaning Services would have been of the “Doms” of India, completely automated. And probably so for Waste Engineering.

Then one fine day Britishers came. After which, with the beginning of Doctrine of Lapse, to the Act of Government of India, 1935, the administration evolved. Simultaneously also changed dynamics in the world order. Went through two major Wars until the US once dropped two Chocolate Bombs over Hiroshima and Nagasaki, coupled with many mini-bullets along the way. Went the humans to deafening silence even as were Allah, Jesus, Ram, Krishna, and the rest all fired, and sent for PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) under Buddha. Born were slew of control towers of the likes UNO, WTO, World Bank in quick successions and forcing the Brits to retract. The Government of India took over with Sovereignty and came into democratic form after the first General Elections of 1952.

And you see the turn Human Evolution took. Exists a Club of Nations called The Common Wealth in submission to crown, the one which couldn’t survive in a club of countries on its own. In the name of the crown, which didn’t know itself the decorum of Club of Countries. In India as they say that as “Gulam Gulam Mausere Bhai” as in Slaves Slaves make cousin brothers.

So, as put in the beginning, the GOI took reins over the importance and relevance of India formally, in the capacity of Chennai to secure the ends of Bangkok, Dubai and Somalia, even as providing assistance to little brothers of Vietnam, Cambodia, Malaysia to Afghanistan. For you need a rock solid defense service pack in the region to let life happen. From Himalayas to Pacific through the Indian Ocean, almost a third of the Date line’s extent. Has lied that Stake authoritatively with Government of India, since, into hands of the team Government of India since one day very long back. And that as demonstrated has been amazingly fair to everyone, just by maintaining a right level of Mediocrity. It protected them who protected them, paying them who paid them, in proportions. After all, Stakes of One third the Global trade it has been. From few hundreds of years for India, it has been the outsiders, beginning from the employees of East India Company to the containers of Pepsi and McDonald’s, and Googles and Amazons. Paid back to them who paid back.

Even as effectively the Indians lost the race by themselves sabotaged by themselves, in the environments wherein no Google, no Amazon, no Pepsi, no DNA, no computer, no atom moved ever until there was a hand Indian. The Indians lost in India, in the race Evolution, despite a 1/3rd the stake perennial on the vector  Evolution.

Ironically you’d also find India had even that technology to have World’s first Peace Keeping Forces, even before United Nations came into existence. That’s what Gandhi hired for the World War,  Right? So they lost it as close as that. The natives had the sense of Governance, but not the ruler. Gandhi didn’t know what he was hiring.

Had Gandhi known what he was hiring, Neta Shubhash wouldn’t have to be reduced to India, and wouldn’t have those chocolate bombs dropped ever over Japan. Would have been units of massive peace keeping forces on two fronts, Left and Right, and would have been Negotiations. Wouldn’t have been NATO, would have been IATO, the Indo-Atlantic Treaty Organisation working towards Optimum most Security beginning From Alaska to Trivandrum, from Trivandrum to Perth. Had been No Pakistan, No Bangladesh, and had turned the world Solar by 80s. Wouldn’t have been any Gulf Escalation, would Dubai have Got Burj Khalifa in 1991 and Saudi Arabia getting the artificial citizen on 01/01/2000 as memorial to ace Y2K. And would have been Tokyo and New York less polluted. Would have been Singapore a weekend joint for Indians. And for those who eloped for Love, would have been Tel-Aviv the hideout. And had been India, always a sub-continent. Would have been the Human Evolution Fast and Fluid.

You as a citizen pay it back by choosing to live, choosing to consume, choosing to buy, choosing to multiply, all here. In Delhi’s Air, or by the Bellandur Flames in Bangalore, or into the BMC’s jurisdiction at Mumbai Terminal. You choose to stay despite the knowledge that its the land which will pay the 123rd worst mileage per unit effort, when begins a vicious cycle, just at the moment as you choose, as we talk about 2017, landing back to the moment present on the timelines of Evolution.

Which is about this furore is. Of the vicious cycle of conflicts because of incumbent conflicts, over the mother conflict- of Conflicts of Interests, of conflicts of short run and long run, finally getting reduced to at the ground levels in micro as the basic conflict:  who paid, with how much. Begins Trust being at loggerheads with Mis-trust, carrying though one unit of Divide vs Rule vs many Divides vs Rules vs many units of Divide and Rule to end up into a wide range of varieties of Rules, to finally give into an assortments of Divides, like a world’s hypermart of divides.

You know what happens next!

Yes, exactly about what the furore is all about, where the matter phasej. Creates Flipkart, Sachin Bansal, runs Flipkart Tiger Global. Dies Bokaro, Rises Shanghai. In comes hunger, In comes stress, In comes Kasab, In comes Government of India: Unity in Diversity snugs in Government of India, silently, when none’s watching.

Therafter you live for life expectancy of 68 on average, 14 short of all great lands which developed along the same time frame as you, under $1500 per capita, 87% of the workforce works under sectors informal as labours off roll, under $120 a month. Passport 80th worst, ill branded, less paid. Inside India you’ve the top 1% of the population DJ-ing the 58% the wealth or the potential stored for Opportunities and on another end, a Parle-G with tea serving for breakfasts followed by a kg of rice if available, to end with Tharra Desi (country liquor) to finally dissipate into violence domestic for 800 millions almost . The luckiest ones however, craft dreams of fire in the city Traffic, as we land to the instant present of 2017, in the ages After Indian Demonetisation of 2016, descending to the day India pipping the US in count of smartphones.

Smartphones workout as Handhelds in the hands of customers, as devices to bring economies of scales in transactions. That pivotal tool to align the world into JIT (Just in Time) of transactions and businesses and crimes. Sending off the days of storage, forecasting and Sales to obsolete to transit into the days of Make to Order and Communications. From the days of Shaky Sales to Make on Order. But as you see, there have been people, communities, nationalities, or volumes of mobs of different scales to play decelerators to the Evolution. Today they’re striving for a salvage of old positions, without evolving, while ignorant as they’ve been always by blood. Someone told them, from the Days of “Shaky Sales” in the days of smartphones, they could eye for the days of “Fishy Sales”. And is the conflict, the furore, which we’re to judge. And you know of the stakes, of the control to world’s catchment of customers, of One-third the World Trade. So is the Noise and the Chaos.

We’re to go find, the roots and stems, body and sternums. Keep the belts fastened, we’re to shift gears.

We’re to run through the trial of biggest of conflicts: of maintenance of the process of conflicts, of the triggers to the vicious cycles. Of orientation of world, of the split of Karma, of buckets of verbs, of distinction between Businesses and Crimes. That by taking the model use case of  Indian Conflicts of Conflicts of Interests Post Demonetisation. And somewhere through that, as a hobby, to tell Gandhi what is Unorganised.

To not lose in the maze of turns, mind the colors of fonts.

The Conflict: The  Government of India processed Demonetisation.

The Accusation: The Unorganised businesses are dying

Stakeholders: a) You, the 78th worst passport holder and  88 times less paid per hour to a US counterpart. 14 short in life expectancy against the Global elites. b) Start Up Kumar: The Unregistered Entrepreneur c) Rahul Gandhi: 1/545 the Government of India, d) the Government of India e) Global citizen paying less for goods for the stability in the Pacific, with a goal to drive Happy Human Evolution.

And we begin with a top down approach.  Killing Problems by weightage of Constraints, one by one, bit by bit. May get a tad longer, but you know whom its addressed to!

With 99% Cash back into the banks, we assume demonetisation didn’t harm anyone adversely but for those who died in the queues. Designating them as Martyrs of System for calculation convenience. Say on the note of deaths, we’ve a range of uncontrolled deaths from Pradyuman’s at School to Dr Deepak Amarpurkar of Mumbai swept down the gutters, to Bhopal Gas tragedies to Train Accidents to attacks of 26/11 including hundreds of Dantewadas and Uri ambush. From honest civil services officers to Farmers, every one, but with little control. Government of India never really had control over Mortality right from the onset of Daddy Gandhi, though it did manage a fair pace with human evolution, pushing it from 45 to 68 since independence. We used to have more riots per capita per day or in British Raj than the GOI-Raj. To take note is the fact Demonetisation killed none in human. A mini-conclusion for the time being.

Next we go to the structure of Businesses, the entities speculated to die beyond the humans- the livelihoods, or as under inverted commas, those “Unorganised Businesses”.

Are Businesses Unorganised? If yes, which part and why? What makes Businesses Unorganised and the factors? And finally what a unorganised business means. Who are the Unorganised Businesses?

Going by technicalities on legal papers, according to National Commission for Enterprises the Unorganised Sector, are unincorporated private enterprises owned by individuals or households engaged in the sale or production of goods and services operated on a proprietary or partnership basis and with less than ten total workers. Out of the 458 million persons employed in India, 87 percent or over 400 million work in the unorganised sector, generating 50.6 percent of the country’s GDP of the 458 million persons employed in India. (And to deduce you’d say 50% of the GDP stands unorganised, under the gun)

Add a food for thought to take a small pause: Can 50% of your GDP be Unorganised. It includes farming. And from the political and factual corner, Has the GDP retracted by half? Who’s the one who’s dying? And will you find the vicious cycle exfoliating and myths bursting.

If you take a deep dive, to scroll through floors and ceilings and beyond, you’d find no business ever, as long as it was a business, was never any of them Unorganised. You’d find they were not vendors, not hawkers, not service providers, not a “Rediwala”, not a “Thelawala, not a Warren Buffet, not Elon Musk, not Larry Page, not Jobs, not Sachin Bansal, not Bikanerwala, not Google, not Citi, not HDFC, not Airtel, not Edission, not Bezos, not Toyota, but all they were, “Gods of Livelihoods” as drivers of evolution.

And as you scan and scavenge the depths shallower, you’d find, no business, no transaction executed ever without a string of processes. That businesses ran on a fundamental of identity, or brands, from that ferrywala to your favourite Kulfiwala to the handcart of vegetables to any streetfoods kart to your favourite i-Phone. Those who have not much of a name plate, you recognise them by face, or by place of standing. You’ll find while standing at place is discipline, dishing out your favourites, customised to taste, budget, need, even monetary condition was a result of processes, recipes, and conscious continuous improvements. So mastered, to make into list of your rank charts of go to guys in your logs, for a particular feature.

As you go down to anatomy, you’ll find, those processes were not just processes but a specialised domain of their own, to go on to give rise to billions of occupations to finish into career options to their levels highest. You’d find they were not processes, but value chains, so engineered to churn unit merchandise at a definite scale. From human resource, to Finance, to Operations to Marketing to Sales and After Sales, they stood for responsibilities. From that roadside hawker to that so called arrogant drop-out Steve Jobs, the guys stood until their products’ lives. Could there be an iota of dis-order for a business to turn business ? Ask that beginning from your nearest food-joint or just any vendor, ranging from a hawker with handcart to Google with brains on hire, you’d find they were all but ‘Effort wala Stand’ built on the back of well structured organisation called Discipline.

He, whom you called or business unorganised, you’d find was the cheapest last mile delivery you could afford. You’d find them you classified to be unorganised, have been delivering till the top of Mount of Everest since thousands of years without ERPs. The Mumbai Dabbawala, a pristine example.

Businesses, they ran on Names, each of them. How could they be Unorganised? And just when you scratch the crust little deeper, you’d find the secret. They were not Unorganised, but all they were Unregulated, for a reason, to yield for other side of organisation of businesses unregulated. Say for instance, “Hafta” of the Police which stands for a daily levy on the stores, stalls, shops or counters on roads in respective jurisdictions informally as informal protection against informal hooligans/ informal security threats or That unregulated hiring of  Gandhi for the informal Peace keeping Forces. You’d find the Un-organisation or the disorder was in Governance, and not in businesses. You’d find there was disorder in regulating and validating businesses, that under a different set up Organised in order to create a consistent supply of informal supply of funds and influence.

Mark that India has just about 50% of GDP under informal/unorganised sector. That the GOI paid them who paid them, that in proportions. (You need to apply brains here to understand the structure. Every single thing is by design and we’ve hit 3000 words!)

To Gurmehar- The Engineering of Nationalita 2017- (The Teaser)

Gurmehar,

Congratulations. On the recent fame. An exciting thing to have at 20. A JIT (just in time) component in future manufacturing, specially for those ‘Make it Large’ kinds. Or the unfair most advantage you could dream of. For instance, all by yourself, today, should you wish, you could start a marketing-advertising company with reach over a million unique individuals on Day 0. Humans, because they trade and grade, they’ve this ‘making luck happen’ point which come round as T-junctions embedded in their life-package. Every human life has that, invariably. Winners make it count while beggars lose, but they have it all. And this that you just had, which by now has become ‘recent’ was yours. Perhaps the most major one, irrespective of your own evaluation. Your first interaction with world, one on one, a luxury that only Entrepreneurs have- to deal with population one on one. So you’ve run yourself into some achievement. Gurmehar who until just a while back was some precious beautiful girl, is now also important. And now a brand with market penetration. She’s gone into the history. That recorded digitally.

In 3050, some 1000s of years post 2021 when they teach kids the science, scope, reliability and veracity of history, they’ll talk about digital records as evidences in addition to archaeological, literary, pictorial, mortal remains, and so on. And when they do that, they’ll know  Gurmehar existed, as they talk of Delhi then. And somewhere, deep into clouds or cyber-fossils, out of excavations around the film city around Noida, and or those innumerous data centres,  will they find evidences. And then they’ll be explaining how Indians perished, listing who their invaders were.

India- The Neo-medieval history – NCERT  Revised Edition 3050

Descending over a massive multi-pronged war by the beginning of first century ST, India kept on enduring continuous a war effectively  by virtue of armoured encounters in small packs. They came in  two formats (i) terrorism sourced along or outside the international borders, and (ii) naxalism motivated deep inside. Into the second decade (18ST), even as they liberalised, that is being forced to liquidate the stake in controls of the (not so) democratically elected governments, owing to obvious incompetency, they kept on taking bullet hits across the porous borders. However, as they evaded guns outside, did they some hard work in beds. Over decades that paid off. They’d customers every nook and corner, customer on the left, customer on the right, customer less than a cuddle away, customer everywhere. From scooters to soda, from floppies to reels, they guzzled it all. Not to miss the human competition to outdo each other. Into the the third decade (20 ST onwards), they started getting some eyeballs, courtesy IIT and cricket. But also came round hijackings, from planes to positions. They released Azhars and Lalus, Tytlers and Telgis. Massacred in trains and markets, Delhi and Mumbai, Chambal and Jharkhand, Dantewada and Tinsukia. Gangrened. Still huddled, yet again. And the sperms rallied around. Came in “Team India“, “India Inc.“, came the rupee symbol ₹. With highs, came also the lows in tandem. Died Dewang, died Batra, died UnniKrishnan. Died justice, died education, died the sundry entrepreneur. What didn’t die unfortunately never, their trust in God and importance of Babus. Fast forward somewhere into the 4th decade, came a firebrand, dynamic, state of the art, articulate, knowledgeable and the savior with a genuine smile, the hero, Kenahaiya Kumar the great. The messiah to black blind rules and anarchy. Talked of freedom he, when neither were Indians allowed to speak, nor to earn. They had universal reservations (SC/ST/EBC/OBC), they’d reservations in paid (VYAPAM/ CBSE leak, UPSC leak, IIT leak, CAT leak, Coalgate….gat)e. No they weren’t gates, express corridors in fact, of the Babus, the selected rodents to scavenge papers. They drained. But they pushed, yet again! Rained billions, moonwalked Flipkarts, drove Olas, fed Zomatoes, delivered Swiggies. Joined a rockstar. He flew a lot. But came back Uri, came again Una. There was Malda, there was Dadri. And then there was Kashmir. Up above, with mountains. That built pressure. Came a cyclone, not Katrina, not typhoon, not Rita. Nationalita it was.

From cyber-fossils excavated, near the historical crime city of Noida, famous for early morning-robberies then, Google has pulled up hugest data mountains ever through its Data Sensing Cloud Pyrolator Engine. The engine equipped of future generation semantics claims to pull, assort and collate all used form of vocabulary in any medium aligned to respective contexts.  It works like some text magnet, which has pulled up two huge mountains under context ‘Freedom’ and ‘Poverty’. While the data processing is still under process, they’ve already processed 32000 and 156794 Bn TKUs (text keeping units) under respective heads. “If all text printed and piled, it would dwarf Himalayas by more than 18 times, just the freedom part. Good” enough to print a new mountain Freedomalayas”, said  Atyant Sundar, CEO Google. The extrication process has also revealed more intricate details on freedom struggles during the first century ST which as believed by many triggered the gradual collapse of the great Indian democracy.

Now, Some  Straight Stories

So, a long imaginary blabber I guess. May it remain so. Tragedies should be  better off as fiction. But that doesn’t avert tragedies. Right? It just leaves you ignorant. And, ‘Ignorance’ should be a modest word for Indians. I think ‘Treachery’ suits them better. One can’t remain ignorant, impoverished, illiterate and yet emerging for 1500 years in a row. From Mahmud of Ghazni to East India Company to Unilever to Pepsi to Amazon, we’ve been emerging. Ironically while no invader died poor, Indians- the 16% of the world or every 6th confirmed Prega News, clubbed together make for world class beggars at 1.2% the Global wealth. And as they say, charity begins at home, the top 1%, the reserved and preserved sperms reserve 58% of the Indian pie. Even as beggars keep on begging on trivial substrates like Jat/Muslim/Women for other customised reservations. So Gurmehar, this is India.
